- Reason for return
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)
4.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
4.3 Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. Include the RAN and a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
5.2 If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs.
5.3 For returns due to a change of mind, a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
Exchanges

Cancellations
